Position Overview:

Embark on a rewarding journey with Tempus as a Customer Service & Business Development Representative. As a pivotal member of our team, you will actively contribute to expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide unparalleled customer support, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring maximum satisfaction.

Business Development:

  • Identify and seize new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving towards ambitious revenue goals.

Sustainable Recycling Expertise:

  • Stay at the forefront of the latest trends and regulations in sustainable electronics recycling.
  • Educate clients on the myriad benefits of environmentally responsible practices and our holistic solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and business development, coupled with a background in technology or a passionate interest in IT hardware.
  • Previous successful sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Comfortable and proficient in cold calling to generate leads and foster client relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in sustainable recycling practices, especially in the realm of End of Use Electronics and IT equipment.
